At long last, Berlin - A Concert For The People will be officially issued on DVD on August 23rd by Eagle Vision. The release marks the 30th anniversary of the original concert which BJH gave to an estimated audience of 175,000 people on the steps of the Reichstag in what was then West Berlin.
Although it unfortunately proved impossible to find any unreleased footage from the concert, the original footage which appeared on the old VHS video is supplemented by five rarely-seen videos which the band made for selected tracks from the Time Honoured Ghosts album.
n.b. The DVD is hybrid PAL/NTSC format, Region 0, which means that it should play on any DVD player worldwide. For more about DVD formats, see our DVD guide.
